NFPA 110 approved emergency and standby generators provided by PRP Inc.
Diesel driven engine generators 15, 20, 25 and 30 kw 120/240 vac
Single phase 60 hz, 120/208 and 277/480 three phase 60 hz models
Engine:
Lombardini water-cooled 4-stroke 1800 rpm, indirect # 2 fuel injection, electronic isochronously regulated governor with a 0.25% frequency regulation, radiator and cooling fan, air and fuel filters including a 50 to 100 usg double walled fuel tank.
Generator:
UL approved synchronous alternator, brush less excitation, solid state voltage regulator 1% regulation from no load to 110% load, sealed bearings including pre wired generator with self contained circuit breaker.
Control Panel:
NFPA level 1, with; ac volt, amp, hz, kw, and power factor digital display, alarm, engine automatic and manual operation switch on gen-set for remote auto or manual operation, emergency stop button, full engine control including all engine and generator warnings and shutdowns including a separate monitoring module with remote monitor and control.
Assembly:
Compact close coupled engine generator vibration isolated mounted to a rugged steel sub base to the fuel tank.
Enclosure:
Weather protective enclosure with baked power coated paint finish, easy access removable panels for service.
Warrantee:
Three years or 3000 hours.
electronic digital control:
The engine generator can be remotely started and monitored, including complete diagnostic evaluations from any pc via rs232, phone, internet or satellite.

Data entry & control keypad with digital display panel for all safety shutdowns include pre shutdown audible alarm.
- Oil pressure and low oil pressure shutdown.
- High coolant temperature and shutdown.
- Fuel level indicator and low level audible alarm.
- DC battery voltage and low voltage warning.
- Elapsed run time hour indicator.
- High or low AC voltage and shut-down.
- High or low frequency.
- High current warning.
- Over crank shutdown after three periods (NFPA-110).
- Over and under speed shutdown.
- Unit not in automatic mode warning alarm.
- Additional NFPA required remote mounted four-wire annunciation module. 16 red led indicators are provided displaying the above host controller warning and shutdown indicators, including the additional indicators listed below.
- Low water temperature (engine contains water jacket heaters required by NFPA 110 specifications).
- EPS supplying load.
- Low battery voltage and battery charger AC failure.
- Common alarm.
- Remote emergency stop.
The automatic transfer switch is included in our package.
Their are no options for our NFPA 110 approved engine driven generator packages and they are all tested at 110% load conditions including all safety shutdown and environmental conditions required by NFPA 110 standards for standby and emergency power systems. The actual test report is included in the installation operation and instruction manual.
